Customer information will never be sold or shared, and is used solely within the company to process your order. E-mail addresses and a telephone number are requested and only required for tracking and delivery information about your order, and for contacting you if there is a problem with your order.

We chose a top of the line store program - Miva Merchant - to provide you with a secure and safe shopping environment, utilizing SSL encryption.

Shipping Policies

If paying by check, your order will ship as soon as your check has cleared the bank.

Presently, we ship only within the 48 continental US states. Please phone (866-545-9228) or email (lilythecat@catpaper.com) for special shipping requests.

We ship orders by UPS Ground, and USPS Priority.

Replacement, Return, and Refund policy.

Replacement of defective product:
We will replace your order provided you make the request, and ship the item(s) back to us within 15 days of receipt of the order. We email you a postage label to attach to the package. Please email us at lilythecat@catpaper.com and let us know about the issue so we can make every effort to ensure the quality of our product. Please return the entire unused contents of the order. When the item(s) are received by us, we will send out a replacement.
